Over the years the corporation founder Enid Thompson has experienced many of life's challenges. Some of the experiences were extremely challenging but with personal strength and the aide of others she was able to persevere. Realizing that none of us in this life have true success and fulfillment; without the help and commitment of others. This lead her to the conclusion that many others could benefit from experienced intervention when face with the same or similar challenges. This was the birth of this wonderful non-profit organization.

The mission of The D.I.N.E. (Divine Intervention Nearing Eternity) Corporation; is to provide assistance to individuals and families in need of positive interventions to overcome barriers encountered on life's journey. The D.I.N.E. Corporation is not just another non-profit organization. Our vision is "Rather than attempting to do it all; we as leaders recognized our own strengths and offer others the opportunity to develop theirs". We believe through positive intervention people can achieve something remarkable with their lives while helping others.

The D.I.N.E. (Divine Intervention Nearing Eternity) Corporation; was born in the founder's mind over 15 years ago. It struck her as a wild thought that she had no idea how it would be developed. Over the years while being employed in world of Real Estate and Mortgage Banking; she would write in her journal the path that needed to be taken to make D.I.N.E. a reality. On this journey she had the privilege of meeting some awesome individuals; that were intelligent, compassionate, loving, kind, and talented.

The D.I.N.E. Corporation officially became reality in 2004 as a Sole Proprietorship located in Pleasanton California. It has now grown into a five component non-profit corporation serving the needs of the community and the world. Each of the components contains an individual or group of talented and skillful people donating their time, energy and other resources to support of our mission and vision.
